Ok so here it is, the monumental first post, where I realize this will be all time consuming and leave me with little free time. Big change huh? like I had that before. A few things you should know before we get started. I use way too much olive oil in everything I cook, which is fine by me, but for some people its too much, so you can always cut it down a little bit. I put bell peppers in almost EVERYTHING I make, its not my fault they're delicious so if you're thinking about writing a letter I'm not the guy to write it to. You may also notice that the amount of food I make is kinda large, thats ok, you dont have to eat as badly as I do. In fact I don't recommend it. Most of my meals are made so they can be enjoyed by 2 very hungry people, 4 hungry people, or provide a meal for 2 with leftovers for the next day. Pretty much anything I make has huge leftover potential, because if theres something better than eating a delicious meal, its eating a delicious meal twice. I don't put many cooking times besides when it comes to chicken or baking, mostly because I don't believe in them. I think if you're gonna cook you should hang out in the kitchen, and not forget about your deliciousness. So here we go, get ready for some awesome culinary treats and try not to take yourself too seriously, I can't think of how many times I've fucked up making something. It's just food.
